Values & Equity

The PCC is committed to Equity, externally through programs like our Livable Streets Academy and policies like the SCDOT Complete Streets policy (advocating intentionally for areas of greatest need), and internally through our employment practices and board recruitment. We strive to do better each day.

Workforce Culture

The Palmetto Cycling Coalition is an equal opportunity employer who pledges not to discriminate against employees based on race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy, childbirth, and related conditions including breastfeeding), national origin, age, disability, genetic information, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, marital status, and political affiliation. We are committed to a work environment that supports, inspires, and respects all individuals and in which personnel processes are merit-based and applied without discrimination. We are committed to providing an inclusive and welcoming environment for all members of our staff, volunteers, subcontractors, vendors, and clients.
