PCC Funding Guide: 2nd Edition

First published in 2016, PCC released its 2nd Edition, titled “Biking and Walking Infrastructure & Programs in South Carolina: Eligible Funding Sources”.

This guide provides an updated list of major eligible funding sources for walking and bicycling infrastructure in South Carolina (SC) at all levels: local, state and federal. It includes funding source names, eligibility requirements, in addition to SC examples and anecdotes where these funds were used around our South Carolina.
