2022 Recap

PCC was working hard for you in 2022! Here’s the rundown. We:

• Published our Funding Guide, Edition 2, to help all SC communities leverage more funding for bike and walk infrastructure
• Developed the Livable Streets Academy to train new advocates in more communities all across our state,
• Advanced important and difficult legislative campaigns – Hands Free and the Trails tax incentive bills, and
• Conducted organizational strategic planning, with the final results & report coming soon,
• Closely monitored SCDOT complete streets policy implementation, and
• Expanded our capacity by hiring a second staff person!
