PCC is the convener of the SC Livable Communities Alliance, which successfully advocated for SCDOT's adoption of the Departmental Directive for Complete Streets, a new seachange in SCDOT street planning, design, and funding.



To make South Carolina bicycle and pedestrian friendly, by improving safety through better access and education, to promote healthy lifestyles and livable and economically viable communities.
